Transport i Nagoya

It was a smooth transfer from Airport to my hotel. It is easy to use and will just have to generate the QR code. You can enter directly once you have the QR code. Just make sure you ride the correct train and you’re good to go.

Kintetsu 5-dagerspass var absolutt verdt det, da jeg flyttet meg fra Osaka til Kyoto til Nara og deretter Osaka. Dette passet dekket ubegrenset togreise og ga meg en fantastisk opplevelse i Japan, spesielt i vårsesongen. Jeg var litt bekymret på grunn av det digitale passet som er en QR-kode (kan ikke lagre skjermbilde for å komme inn, QR-koden vil lastes på nytt etter 5 minutter), men så lenge du har stabilt internett, går det fint. Vennligst les instruksjonene nøye før du kjøper, slik at du blir kjent med det. I mitt tilfelle brukte jeg ikke 5-dagerspasset med en gang. Først prøvde jeg å bruke lokaltog med ICOCA da jeg landet i Osaka, og brukte det i 2 dager. Deretter ble jeg kjent med togrutene, og så begynte jeg å bruke passet på min 3. dag. Anbefales 🫶

Jeg elsker hvor praktisk JR-passet er, da det kobler sammen alle interessante steder via Shinkansen. Det blir bare dyrere og dyrere... nyhetene rapporterte at prisen vil øke igjen i oktober, så jeg må bruke det nå 😂 Klook har gjort kjøpet enkelt og praktisk. Jeg mottok passet på under 5 dager via DHL 👍🏻

easy to use. the vouchers was delivered to my house before my trip. when I arrive in Japan, just activate it at JR ticket office. you can also book and reserve your tickets at the office. we started from Nagoya- Takayama- Toyama - Matsumoto and back to Nagoya. If you enjoy scenic train journey, this is definitely a good choice!

"Extremely useful pass! It covers the Shinkansen and Nohi Bus, making travel much cheaper and easier than buying tickets trip-by-trip. You can book your entire Shin-Osaka to Hokuriku route at the counter in advance. A major plus is the inclusion of six reserved seat bookings—more than enough for most trips, as I only used four for my entire journey."

The driver picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the next hotel. We contacted the manager via Line, as requested in the procedure, and they sent us a photo of the vehicle and its license plate. We were able to communicate in English on Line. We don't regret using this transfer service and will use it again in the future if the opportunity arises.

We had an amazing trip from Nagoya to Shirakawa-go and Takayama. Our driver was professional, punctual, and very friendly throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. What impressed us the most was the driver's exceptional service on a rainy morning. It was raining when we departed, and the driver thoughtfully brought an umbrella and personally escorted each of us one by one from the hotel to the vehicle, ensuring we stayed dry. This small gesture showed great care and hospitality. The drive was smooth and safe, and the driver was always patient and helpful. Thanks to his excellent service, our trip became even more enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in the Nagoya region. Thank you for making our journey so comfortable and pleasant!

Very smooth experience and our driver / guide Mr Bai was very professional with timing and explanation. We did the Takayama - Shirakawa-go route. Went to the Takayama Jinya which is the only Edo period government house remaining. It is deathly cold inside as there is no heating for preservation precautions so either wear very thick winter socks and request for slippers. Very informative and educational. Definitely ask for the Hida Beef Yakiniku experience. Best to go there when lunch starts at 11-1130. It gets crowded later on. We then went to Shirakawa-go after lunch and you can expect to spend at least 3 hours there. Go to the outdoor museum first which is adjacent to the carpark, before you cross the bridge. To get to the observation point you can either trek up (which can be quite steep in parts), or take a shuttle bus (follow signs to this location) but expect a queue.
