Comfy because you can reclined your seat just like a lazy boy chair. Spacious inside. Just aa suggestion, since this is our first time riding a bus from sg to kl, the driver should instruct as that they will be waiting on the exit.. Because from sg immigration, the driver just dropped all of us there and only said to go to sg immigration whitout instructing us that they will be waiting on the exit where it is on the other side of the building.. We are confust at fiest where we can find them because they are still not on the exit ( other side ) when we are done with the immigration and we are clueless how we can go where they dropped us ( which is on the other side of the building..) luckily, the we asked someone from the immigration guard and they informed as that we should wait oj the exit as all buses will go there..

We recently traveled by bus from Cameron Highlands to Kuala Lumpur and had a very positive experience overall. We initially debated between taking a coach or booking a private sedan. In the end, we chose the Unititi bus due to its comfort and more affordable price point, and it turned out to be a great decision. We booked the 8:30 am departure, which worked perfectly as it allowed us to arrive in Kuala Lumpur early and make the most of the day for sightseeing and exploration. There are several eateries open from around 7:00 am just across the Tanah Rata bus terminal, so it was easy to grab a quick breakfast before the journey. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, taking slightly under four hours with one toilet stop along the way. Overall, it was a pleasant and fuss-free journey. We would highly recommend this option to anyone traveling between Cameron Highlands and Kuala Lumpur.

When I tried to exchange my ticket at the airport, the ticket agent wasn't at their desk. I asked a male staff member at the information desk, and he told me I could just scan the QR code to board (which turned out to be incorrect; a physical card was required). Since I was in a hurry, I had to buy another ticket to get on the train. The next day, at the central station, a very kind female ticket agent, who spoke excellent English, explained how to use the card in great detail and even gave me a transit map. I must say, the card itself is very convenient, as it includes round-trip airport express service plus two days of unlimited subway rides (though some lines require a separate ticket purchase).
