This experience couldn't have gone better. Mr Jefri was our driver. He contacted us the day before to confirm pickup details. On pickup day he let us know how far away he was. He loaded our suitcases, and even helped us into our apartment. He was friendly and chatty and drove nicely. We all had seatbelts (we have found lack of seatbelts to be a problem in Malaysia, which is why we didn't use Grab). The price was also very reasonable. Thank you.

Upgraded to a private car for just myself and my partner for an additional RM30 and requested for pick-up and drop-off at respective hotels. Driver (Lai Guan Jye) was a pro at navigating the hills up to Genting and it took him barely 30mins to get to the top, swift and decisive driving. Highly recommend their service as there’s comfort and convenience.

In the end, we chose the Unititi bus due to its comfort and more affordable price point, and it turned out to be a great decision. We booked the 8:30 am departure, which worked perfectly as it allowed us to arrive in Kuala Lumpur early and make the most of the day for sightseeing and exploration. There are several eateries open from around 7:00 am just across the Tanah Rata bus terminal, so it was easy to grab a quick breakfast before the journey. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, taking slightly under four hours with one toilet stop along the way. Overall, it was a pleasant and fuss-free journey. We would highly recommend this option to anyone traveling between Cameron Highlands and Kuala Lumpur.
