Genting Highlands/Kuala Lumpur privat chartertjeneste

I received the Klook confirmation immediately after booking. As this is a 8-hr private charter service, I planned the itinerary for the driver to fetch us from hotel to Genting Awana Skyway and return to our dinner place which was to be confirmed. One day before our trip, the company gave the driver contact details and van number. Our driver Mr Tajul picked us from our hotel lobby. The 9-seater van was clean and spacious for my family of 4. Before reaching the Awana skyway, he showed us the Genting premium outlet for our shopping. For return trip, I asked Mr Tajul to fetch us at the Genting itself. We took his suggestion to meet at the lobby of Genting SkyWorld hotel. He was there already and drove us to our dinner, at Kay’s steak and Lobster restaurant. I really appreciated that this trip is made convenient with all the transportation looked into. Mr Tajul drove with experience and safety. ivy tours was quick to get back to me regarding time changes and gave me details of the driver/car the night before. Mr. Steven (the driver assigned) was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. polite and accomodating to our group that had a 4 year old child. highly recco!

Our driver was Shanker and he was great! Became our 'teacher' along the way, telling us so many "little things" which made us went "ohhh, aahhh i see, oh wow and really?..." The trip up towards the Awana Skyway became interesting for us four. Our trip down was also good. Shanker waited for us at the Genting Premium Outlets pick up point and brought us back to our hotel safely and patiently. Our day was tiring but we had lots of fun! the driver was on time, the van was clean..pak rusli was nice, our journey to genting was more than 1 hour since traffic was a bit bad.
