Price increased in Oct 2023 so it's not super value unless you really travel around different regions a lot, which we did to maximize the cost. Went from Tokyo to Nagano to Yamagata to Aomori to Sapporo to Hakodate and back to Tokyo, so I think we got our money's worth 😀

Klook is responsive to answer my queries after purchase and assure me that I will receive my exchange order before I leave Singapore. This is worthy if you plan to visit different parts of Japan. The pass can be exchanged easily at the customer service counter upon arrival at the airport. Seat reservation can be made at any Shinkansen ticket counters too.

It was worth the price. Klook provided easy to follow instructions on redeeming the voucher. As for the experience in using the pass, we did not have to worry getting off on wrong stations because it was unlimited. Haha.

Travel is more convenient and hassle-free travel as you don't need to buy individual tickets for each journey unless you want to reserve seats, and if you purchase your pass directly through the JR pass website, you make your reservations online too.
if you plan to go to different cities it is pretty convincing to use this cause its way cheaper than to book multiple shinkansen tickets

Easy to use! They dont have the big square card that you use to have to carry around and flash to all the officers at stations instead they have digitalised the pass on a qr code and you are given a ticket card that can be put through ticket gates.

so Happy to get this pass before the increase Last Klook sakura event plus we got free sim And 10% discount during the event… STEAL since we enjoy spring and winter season in 1 GO using this Pass we went from Tokyo to Sapporo-Hokkaido-Tokyo-Osaka a worth it Choice specially if you have toddler… comfortable journey

Worth using this pass if you going to travel to different cities using Shinkansen! because per shinkansen trip wasn’t that cheap ! Bear in mind, you have to take this voucher and go to JRpass office to redeem for your physical small ticket and do not loss it because no replacement will be given! also, this pass has it limitation as Japan transportation provider run by different companies. You can download the apps to find out.

Love the JR pass! It can easily be availed and delivery came in fast. Activation is also easy through the JR ticketing office in one of the JR stations in Japan (Nagoya in our case). We were able to explore Nagoya, Kyoto, Yokohama, Tokyo, Chiba and Hakodate. Super worth it! 🇯🇵🫶🏻

So convenient! Just don’t loose the passes because they can’t be replaced. The passes were mailed to our house then activated once we landed in Japan. We used it from Tokyo - Kyoto - Hiroshima then back to Tokyo. You can ask to be seated in the bullet train on the side where you can view Mt. Fuji.
