This is a very busy hotel. The airconditioning in my room was not working during the recent heat wave. I let reception know and she said an engineer would have a look which did not happen during my stay. One has to pay GBP 5 to use the pool. I never needed to do this at any hotel. I was told breakfast was starting at 6.00. However when I was there the restaurant was busy and I was advised that it was available from 5.30. I only had 20 minutes and it was a rush. Taxi transfer to the airport is a minimum of GBP 10. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Way to busy people behind bar are rudy.

Well placed for the airport

Clean room and conveniently located near to Heathrow Airport.

Check-in was easy and our room was ready early which was perfect as we arrived early. Our room was clean, the restaurants were good. We had an issue with our shower not draining, issue was resolved quickly. You cannot walk to the airport from this hotel. Transportation has to be by shuttle, Uber or Taxi. Our departure was out of terminal 4, y or can see the airport from the hotel but terminal 4 was a 4 mile drive which took 25min.

Beef Curry was disgusting, gristle in both our dishes and they was sent back. We was offered another which we had to top up the money too. smoking outside on the balcony is not controlled and you should have a designated area! so those who wish to sit outside can enjoy it without smokers puffing away. Its 2026 not the 1980. Then you add service charge onto everything when it is already very expensive. Really expected more from a radisson. We wont be stopping in another.

Amazing helpful staff. Had abit of trouble with first room but staff was very helpful and upgraded us with free drinks

This hotel is in a great location for all terminals at the airport! The self check in and out process helps if you are in a rush, the hotel has really good options for food/drink.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. The only negatives, would be that it is located far away from things to do.It is walking distance from the airport but no way to walk there, $30 Uber for a 5 min drive.
