만족해요 While everything worked, the biggest complaint I had is just the prices of everything there. Other then that our stay was fine.

I’ve no complaints, this is a convenient hotel for flights that require a day between connections

The hotel is convenient for the airport and 5he long term car parking, and easily accessible from the M25/M4.
The only criticism we had was that some of the rooms have high-sided baths, which can be a bit tricky to get into/out of. If that might be an issue for you then mention this during booking or ask for a shower-only room when checking in.

Shuttle they advertise is very confusing. Room also wasn’t the cleanest. Not to the level I’m used to with IHG properties.

만족해요가족 숙박객 · 친구/가족 여행
The property is very conveniently located near Heathrow Airport for travellers. Beautifully maintained but we had trouble at the time of checking in. Although booked one month in advance, family members got rooms on different floor and even different categories. Holiday Inn must ensure such incidents to keep up with their otherwise great reporting.
