We were given a handicap bathroom which indicated request. Shower water got everywhere. Not close to any good food. It is close to airport. Bathroom smelled bad and felt dirty. They did provide a bag breakfast since we had to leave before the breakfast opened.

Excellent hotel. Staff, breakfast and cleaningness. The closest restaurant is at the Holiday Inn, just next door. The food is reasonable, good staff and nice ambiance.
The cloth sofa needs a good cleaning.

We had a difficult start from changing the room twice to finally settling in the 3rd one in the middle of the night. Staff was wonderful and accommodated us so gracefully and efficiently.

It was a wonderful stay and the best accessible room for a wheelchair user that I’ve been able to find.

Excellent breakfast. Well stocked and cleverly laid out kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There are two public buses that go from a stop at the edge of the property to Heathrow Central Bus Sation (CBS) two stops away every 10-15 minutes. Just tap a card and go. Don’t waste your money on a taxi or special shuttle
