The place was really nice. Breakfast was an extra charge but its is all you can eat and really good!

Everything from check in to leaving was completely smooth. The gentleman at the check in counter was friendly and quick. We also grabbed a drink at the bar and enjoyed it while relaxing in the lobby. This place is also great for kids. They have multiple games available to play such as pool, a large connect 4 and Jenga. They also have a photo booth. The vibe is awesome and very inviting. I will say the area around the hotel is a little sketchy. We walked to the end of the block and there was a sign for happy hour, but when we asked the bartender inside he promptly told us that there is no happy hour and that the sign was old. It certainly didn't look old to me. There are some good food places nearby. We got a doner wrap from one of the small eateries nearby. I wouldn't walk around outside at night however.

Great stay and location

Staff were friendly and remembered our name at each interaction. Welcome drink was very appreciated and lovely. Room was spotless, modern, comfy and quiet.

Very clean, wished the breakfast was a bit more affordable since were were travelling with children .

Had a decent room. The common area was very nice and it had a gym.

Great hotel for a quick stay on the way from the airport after a late night flight before heading into the city! IT HAS AC TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good choice for a stay near Heathrow airport. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as temperatures were high, and the sound-proofing, which allowed us to get a good nights rest before flying out. The room was smallish and the bathroom very small, but still perfectly adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. You should be aware that on-site parking is available, but the lot is owned/managed by a third party and you do have to pay.

Booked a room for 4 nights as it advertised that breakfast was included. As soon as we check in we are told that we needed to pay extra for breakfast. We thought it would be included in our $160 a night rate. We declined. The a/c didn't blow very cold.
