You get what you pay for. Room was totally fine, clean, nice size. Restaurant and bar was pretty terrible. V slow service, very basic food, while also pricey.

We paid extra to get into the room early as we wanted to refresh after an overnight flight. The room was fine although limited storage and room as the sofa bed was pulled out. The TV didn’t work. Also the shower/tub fixture didn’t work properly so only a shower was possible.

I needed an overnight stay. Excellent value for money. So a very good close-to-Heathrow stay option. I took the “Hotel Hoppa” to get to and from the airport (leaves bus stops 9 and 10 (I recall) outside terminal 2 - I booked on line - but I think you can pay when your relevant shuttle bus comes by - grouped by the hotels they serve). A number of Indian and Punjabi restaurants near by (which was great since it is food I love). It’s not fancy, but very adequate for what I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Carpets were stained in room, no hair dryer or coffee available in room. Food at bar/restaurant was really not good at all. You also can’t bring food back to the room and when you have been travelling all day and just want to relax it’s not ideal. Bus/shuttle to airport very convenient.

The staff were amazing Miera at the front desk was the most wonderful hotel staff member I have ever met. The hotel was great very clean and had everything you need!
