Very disappointed with our stay here. This hotel charges enormous price but falls way behind for what it could offer. We arrived passed 1pm after a long international flight but were told it was too early to check in! Really??? We would certainly understand if it were 10AM or even at noon. Once we checked in at 3pm and started to take a shower, the drain was blocked and the whole bathroom was flooded! I had to get out without finishing shower. What a disaster. If you are choosing this hotel only because it serves as a cruise transfer pickup location (like we did), try to find a nearly hotel and walk over. Not worth the money to stay here.

Ideal - perfect location; london is truly at your doorstep. Room was spotless, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Only 5 mins walk from Victoria train and underground station so easy to get to. Very convenient for the Apollo Victoria Theatre and easy access to anywhere in London. Rooms are well appointed as you'd expect from a Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there during the spring break and staff was super helpful knowing we were visiting London for the first time. Durga at the front desk and Dalim at the concierge services were really awesome. Hotel is clean, has a very good buffet breakfast (charges are nominal)and just a walking distance from Victoria train station. We loved the hospitality.

Clean room. Plenty of space. Breakfast buffet was good, especially the hash brown and rolls. It is in front of Victoria station with easy access to coaches and tube.

The room was spacious and quiet.And the staff were friendly and courteous during my stay.

Convenient to Victoria Station, tube, bus. The street is not as nice as others near the front of the station. Lots of interesting restaurants very close by. Hotel staff is very helpful. Very good breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was spotless and a member of the reception staff texted me soon after I had been in my room to check that all was well.
