Park plaza was an excellent hotel and really helpful. Hotels.com however sold me q room with a balcony (first picture on the room reel) but there was no balcony! I paid a lot of money for a room with a balcony so it was disappointing to be dupe by a site i use so often.

Had the most amazing stay here. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be told we'd been upgraded, courtesy of the hotel, which we really appreciated.
The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and we were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The amenities were great, and everything made for a really enjoyable stay.
We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

This hotel was perfect in every way. Convenient to Victoria station and walking distance to the palace. It smells refreshing when you return after a long day and the rooms are spacious with everything you need from toiletries to tea or coffee in the morning with a biscuit. The automatic bedside controls were also wonderful.

We were able to stay two nights here before our trip home to the US. The hotel is perfectly located to Victoria Station , restaurants and attractions.
The room was really spacious , comfortable and relaxing .
We will definitely stay here again on our next trip over .

Very friendly staff. Affordable room service very close to the Victoria, train station and easy walking distance to many tourist sites. There are many close by dining options and also shopping centers.

The staff was great and the room very clean and well kept. However upon our arrival, located directly in front of the entrance doors were 3 homeless people and a pitbull running off the leash. Not the welcome party you are expecting at this type of hotel. I overheard another guest complain to the front desk about the same thing. The AC was also not the best in our room.

This property is amazing. The location is perfection. There are great theaters within walking distance. When we were there, Hamilton and wicked were both playing. The breakfast was great, I would definitely get the breakfast have a late lunch and then a nice dinner. The staff is fabulous. It was luxury, class, style—, at a great price!!
