There was tiles in the bathroom that were completely detached from the floor and pretty dangerous. Other than that, I stay in this hotel often and the staff are always really friendly and helpful

The hotel location was great. Very easy to use tube or buses. All the staff were excellent. The room was adequate, but there was a noisy, intrusive air-con unit which we needed all night. The wardrobe doors were ill-fitting and storage space was limited. Excellent supply of hot water, and a good shower. Evening eating was disappointing - very poor quality in the bar or asian food in an unappealing restaurant, so we ate well nearby. The large bar was great for watching the World Cup. Breakfast was very good, but more variety in the fruit salad would be nice. Cups and glasses were too small.

Don’t go!!
Staff are next to useless, all the hotel are interested in is school parties and big group bookings.
Seems these people will put up with the ridiculously bad service and useless staff.
Rooms are shabby, windows won’t open, food is inedible.
Enjoy!!!

Overall the stay was good, only thing is the property is outdated
Parking is ideal for small cars , I struggled with SUV
breakfast was ok, my only complaint is all the plates, cups and glasses smell eggy, that needs sorting out

I always stay here on weekend trips up to London. Great safe location, close to tube and road networks. Hotel is perfectly adequate, not necessarily high end but is comfortable and reasonably priced with everything you need there or very near by. Can’t really fault it at all and would always recommend.

Check inand collectionof keys took 20 mins despite checking in on-line the day before ....why ?
I requested in advance that our rooms be away from the adjacent railway line....all 3 were next to the railway.
Body wash and hair conditioner ran out.

Nice clean hotel, staff were friendly and helpful Didn't have breakfast but the bar food was excellent in the evening. A busy hotel with quite a buzz in the lobby. Excellent for the High Street and the Parks.
