I booked this hotel because of other reviews that I read online. I am disappointed that they were not true. I believe that customers should help each other. Find the best hotels. Everything was outdated, broken and filthy. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable and it was a terrible start to our trip to England. Thankfully, we were there for only two nights.

The rooms were clean, checkin process was terrible, they did not let us checkin sharp before 3pm, it’s quite lengthy process as well

We had a studio room . The reception staff were kind enough to let us check in a bit early as a room was available. The room with kitchenette and bathroom were very clean and comfortably luxurious without being over the top. The layout was spacious and well appointed and the every aspect thought through well. We were pleasantly surprised for such amenities in London without breaking the bank, Air-conditioning WiFi, shower water pressure all worked very well. Freshly ground coffee in the foyer. Location is good for travel to central and outskirts of London. We plan to use Citadines Kensington for future London trips

Five stars for: location. Free espresso and water machines in the lobby. Launderette for guests. Take away breakfast at Patriges gourmet market next door. The bread is fresh baked, includes yogurt, fruit, croissant, pain au chocolates a hot latte/tea ir fresh squeezed orange juice. Jam & butter are included as well as vegan options. **Love the little kitchens that are fully stocked. Great for families The only downside is that we had 2 adults and two kids. Paid a hefty price for a room for 4. The loft bedroom was cute but the lumpy sofa bed was the sleeping situation. Had I known I would’ve booked two separate rooms so could have real beds.

Nicely situated and appreciated consideration in room placement. Prefer to not have heavy thud/ club music in the foyer/ lounge area in the evening, i avoid the trendy styled hotels for this reason and the crowd it seems to attract. Deterred from sitting there because of this and ultimatelt went to another hotel lounge to just sit and work.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and booked a suite. The master bedroom was upstairs along with the bathroom, but everything was very tight and small, which I guess can be expected in London. The hallway in the entrance was very tight to use so in reality, the square footage advertised is not accurate. They offer free coffee however they were always out of cup each time we went to get coffee in the lobby. We had to bring our own cups from our room, which was an inconvenience. Also, the quality of the toilet paper and Kleenex is very poor. The biggest benefit is the location. It is walking distance from nice cafés and restaurants as well as major attractions.

Problem with cold water being unavailable Had to run the tap every time for about 5 mins, otherwise very hot water Waste of water and time

Bien situé dans un quartier paisible et de toute beauté. Le mobilier est un peu désuet. La chambre était confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

The room was clean & spacious. The hotel location is great with tube station nearby. The only issues we had with the hotel is the shower rod is placed too far inside the shower, which makes the shower very narrow. So when showering the shower curtain sticks to you. The carpets in the hallways need cleaning.

Staff most helpful and friendly.. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby... Great position... Very good security.. Would definitely stay again
