Nice hotel

Upon our arrival the staff were accommodating and welcoming and very friendly, our room was spacious and clean the bed was very comfortable the aircon was a life saver the tv worked the shower was great although not for the tallest of people. Robes slippers and toiletries supplied coffee station, fridge iron and ironing board and hair dryer came in handy! The breakfast!!!! Was 10/10 and the staff on during the breaking 10/10 couldn’t have been more helpful! We stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast on both days we opted out of house keeping as we had a lot of stuff with us due to going to a concert so thought better to tidy up our self’s but it was great a very comfortable 2 night stay and would 100% stay in a Hilton hotel again!

Room clean and amenities great (shower gel, shampoo moisturizer) tea bags coffee cans of water.. Very dated in desperate need of a makeover. Dark brown classic furniture - mattress not the comfiest and squeaky!!

Convenient hotel for my visit to Olympia Staff were friendly and helpful Room was clean and great air conditioning Only minor downside was that the room I was in was starting to show its age and could do with a refresh

We stayed here for a night while visiting the theatre. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, a little small, but fine for one night. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Wow, they say location, location, location, this is a beautiful hotel, places in the most perfect location. You can walk up and down the street. The minute you step out of the hotel, you can walk and talk all the way upto Hyde park. Without realizing we walked 23,000 steps one day. It’s kd shopping, places to eat, just loved the place and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended Key note, just don’t wear a lot of jewelry, and keep a hold on your purse and cell phones. We didn’t have any issues, but I heard about some incidents, happened in this area. It can happen anywhere, so be careful and enjoy your visit We absolutely loved it

When we got back at night to shower we had no hot water and had to shower in the freezing cold. Once we got out of the cold shower we wanted to turn the air con off as we were shivering, but that didn’t turn off. When we spoke to the receptionists in the morning they knew about the issues with the water, but didn’t notify anyone or offer any compensation for this.

Beautiful location, old amenities in the rooms, helpful staff

Good location… but AC doesn’t work. Shower head sprays horizontally. Lack of shower curtains causes mini puddles on the floor. Carpet in the rooms needs replacement.
