Great hotel for the price! Staff were very friendly. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. Safe neighbourhood, can walk alone even at night. Very convenient for getting in and out of the downtown tourist areas.

The location is excellent. The staff was respectful but we did not interacted with them so much. The hotel is kind of outdated, not as clean, but manejable. What made the experience awful was the heat. The room was way too hot. It made impossible to sleep or rest. The hotel does not have air conditioning, they provide fans, but the room was way too warm even with the window open the whole time. The temperature on the streets was more enjoyable than the room itself. The fans were covered with dust.

Close to tube. It is close to the bus stop on the main road. I find using the bus easier than walking to the tube. Fan in the cupboard - good in July 2026! Close to Coop, pub, Macdonalds, Has a lift !

El lugar es horrible no son las fotografía que tienen en línea el agua sale demasiado caliente soy una persona con discapacidad mi silla de ruedas no cabía en el cuarto con mis maletas el elevador era tan pequeño que apenas cerraba la puerta por mi silla el cuarto estaba en un sótano una experiencia horrible no lo recomiendo.

I have stayed many times over the years at Harte & Garter. It’s a great location with very helpful staff. It’s also charming and the views of Windsor Castle are lovely.
