The place is beautiful, very clean, the staff is kind and attentive, especially Nguyen and the cute Tom heheheh 100000 percent for the bay luxury hotel

We had a pleasant and smooth stay here 🤗The staff are super helpful and responsive. Super close to tourist spots which we love. We will definitely stay here again given the chance to visit Hanoi.

When I was here, I was not expected the location of this hotel, it’s very near in some areas like mall, pharmacy, restaurant and to some small shops that selling a branded made in Vietnam outdoor clothes.
