I had a very pleasant stay and overall love staying at SkyCity Hotel. I plan to go back. I like the hotel environment is fairly peaceful, and in the room everything looks crisp, clean, tidy, uncluttered, modern and attractive without trying too hard, it just all works. The room facilities worked and just enough for my needs. This is the second time Í came for a city stay. I love the showers most of all! (Great water pressure and layout and nice toiletries.) I appreciate the staff finding a solution making it more pleasant for me after a bathroom fan got unusually loud, keeping me awake one nigh, so they offered to switch rooms which solved the problem. Thanks. The location is central easy to look around the CBD or connect to different tourist sites. I went up Skytower and enjoyed the top deck. I got a great deal through Klook site. Cheaper than the hotel site rate. By spending $40 at Skycity stores/etc, gets you free parking for your whole stay.

We had a great stay. Fast check in. The room was very clean, which we really appreciated—it made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. We also loved the convenience of the free shuttle to and from the airport, which made traveling so much easier. We had breakfast during our stay, and the food was good. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we would definitely book again!

Great location with Skycity across the road, numerous dining options within the hotel and around. I didn’t feel like we got the five star experience from the staff though. We weren’t welcomed by the concierge when we arrived and weren’t greeted as we walked past them each day. The room was spacious and laid out well. lighting was good too.

QT hotel is a great place to stay in the city. If you are planning to have drinks at the funky rooftop bar, make sure you book a table. It 's worth it for the excellent cokctails.

It was clean, spacious enough for two people, and the kitchen facilities were very clean. However, the daily parking fee of $50 felt a bit expensive, but overall, I was satisfied.

I stayed here for 2 nights before and thought it was good. So, after finishing a 2-day local tour, I decided to stay again. However, this time there were two issues. 1. On two separate days, I returned to the hotel at 5 PM and my room still hadn't been cleaned. I had to call housekeeping myself to have staff take care of it. 2. The lobby restroom had no hand soap. On a positive note, one evening there was a fire alarm, and afterward, the hotel left a letter at the room door to explain the situation, which was very well handled. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to town, which is a definite plus. The breakfast is delicious and a must-try.

Gracia, is very polite and helpful to us during check in and check out time. :) She even ask the manager for the room upgrade, and it's a YES! we got a room upgrade for our 2-day stay 🥹💗 The room is clean, the hotel has cafe and resto. The place is near the sky city tower, supermarket, food stall and bus stop. Definitely, we will book again with them💗

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni e 2 notti all'Ibis Budget Auckland e nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno e sicuramente un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è eccellente, molto centrale e vicina a molte attrazioni, ristoranti e negozi, il che ha reso molto comodo esplorare la città. La receptionist che mi ha assistito quando sono arrivato a tarda notte il mio primo giorno è stata molto disponibile e accogliente, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato dopo un lungo viaggio. La camera in sé era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. C'era solo un leggero odore di muffa nella stanza, ma era gestibile. Ho anche apprezzato che l'hotel abbia potuto custodire i miei bagagli dopo il check-out, dato che il mio tour si è concluso molto più tardi nel corso della giornata. Questo ha reso le cose molto comode. Nel complesso, considerando il prezzo e l'ottima posizione, è stata comunque un'ottima esperienza e una scelta pratica per soggiornare ad Auckland. 👍
