I had a very pleasant stay and overall love staying at SkyCity Hotel. I plan to go back. I like the hotel environment is fairly peaceful, and in the room everything looks crisp, clean, tidy, uncluttered, modern and attractive without trying too hard, it just all works. The room facilities worked and just enough for my needs. This is the second time Í came for a city stay. I love the showers most of all! (Great water pressure and layout and nice toiletries.) I appreciate the staff finding a solution making it more pleasant for me after a bathroom fan got unusually loud, keeping me awake one nigh, so they offered to switch rooms which solved the problem. Thanks. The location is central easy to look around the CBD or connect to different tourist sites. I went up Skytower and enjoyed the top deck. I got a great deal through Klook site. Cheaper than the hotel site rate. By spending $40 at Skycity stores/etc, gets you free parking for your whole stay.

Overall, we had a really good experience. There was a slight discrepancy with the room when we first arrived, but the staff were very helpful and sorted the issue promptly, which we really appreciated. The location was great and very central, making it easy to get around and close to everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Gracia, is very polite and helpful to us during check in and check out time. :) She even ask the manager for the room upgrade, and it's a YES! we got a room upgrade for our 2-day stay 🥹💗 The room is clean, the hotel has cafe and resto. The place is near the sky city tower, supermarket, food stall and bus stop. Definitely, we will book again with them💗

We had a great stay. Fast check in. The room was very clean, which we really appreciated—it made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. We also loved the convenience of the free shuttle to and from the airport, which made traveling so much easier. We had breakfast during our stay, and the food was good. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we would definitely book again!

M'hi vaig allotjar 2 nits abans i em va semblar bo. Per això, després d'unir-me a una excursió local de 2 dies, hi vaig tornar. Però aquesta vegada hi ha 2 punts negatius. 1. Dos dies vaig tornar a l'hotel a les 5 de la tarda i l'habitació encara no estava feta. Vaig haver de trucar jo mateix a la neteja per demanar que ho arreglessin. 2. No hi havia sabó de mans al lavabo del vestíbul. D'altra banda, cal destacar que una nit hi va haver una alarma d'incendi, i després l'hotel va deixar una carta a la porta de l'habitació per explicar-ho, cosa que va ser molt ben feta. L'hotel té un autobús llançadora al poble, cosa que també és un punt a favor. L'esmorzar és deliciós, cal provar-lo.

Estava net, prou espaiós per a dues persones i les instal·lacions de la cuina eren molt netes. L'únic inconvenient és que l'aparcament costava 50 dòlars al dia, cosa que és una mica car, però en general estic satisfet.

This hotel is absolutely perfect! It has a kitchen where you can cook your own meals (including an oven and microwave), and it's fully stocked with all sorts of utensils. The best part is that it even has a washer and dryer! As a first-time traveler to New Zealand, staying here means I can pack a lot less clothing. It's also the first time in my life I've stayed in such a well-equipped hotel! The room is spacious, and the view is fantastic.
