Minden tenger gyümölcse friss és bőséges a választék. A sashimi friss és ropogós. A délkelet-ázsiai meleg ételek választéka széles, és az ízük is kiváló, különösen a párolt tengeri sügér, ami felülmúlta a várakozásokat. A desszertekből is van bőven, a torták és édességek frissek, finomak és puhák. Még vörösbor, csapolt sör és üdítő is korlátlanul fogyasztható. A személyzet nagyon gyorsan leszedi az asztalokat, és mindenki barátságos. Összességében a családom nagyon elégedett volt ezzel a büfével, ajánlom!

The seating space is ample, and the service is patient and thoughtful. The manager, in particular, was very attentive. Most importantly, the food was delicious. The short ribs clearly took a lot of effort to make them tender and flavorful. The seafood was properly defrosted and desalted, and the desserts weren't overly sweet, which was great. The three-hour dining time was generous and commendable.

A étterem felújítása után mentem el ide először a ebédreggeli büfére, egy barátom születésnapját ünnepeltük. Az ételek minősége nagyon magas volt, volt osztriga, királyrák, sashimi, fagyasztott garnélarák, fagyasztott csiga stb. A választék nem volt túl nagy, de a frissesség a legfontosabb; sajnos szombaton a telítettség csak körülbelül félig volt, reméljük, hogy a jövőben jobb lesz az üzlet. A legnagyobb meglepetést az jelentette, hogy a bár személyzete a helyszínen készített különleges italokat a vendégeknek, a szokásos kávé vagy tea mellett jeges Latte-t is tudtak készíteni jég és cukor nélkül, vagy coffee tonicot is, a barátok nagyon örültek, 12 órától 2:30-ig ettünk, lassan beszélgettünk és ettünk, remek hétvégi program, ajánlom mindenkinek, hogy próbálja ki!

Korán foglaltunk, így ablak melletti asztalt kaptunk, ami csodálatos kilátást és kényelmet biztosított. Az étel kiváló volt. Nagyszerű élmény volt itt ebédelni a barátaimmal. A kiszolgálás kitűnő. Udvariasak. Ritka manapság ilyen figyelmességet találni, kivéve a nagyon drága éttermekben.

It's just a short walk from the bus stop or MTR station, making it incredibly accessible. The restaurant's overall design is very distinctive, blending a nostalgic, retro cinematic feel with modern, stylish comfort. The moment you step inside, you feel relaxed and happy. Impeccable Staff Service 💯 I especially want to commend the service attitude of all the front-line staff that day! From the hosts seating guests, to the plate clearers, and the chefs at each food station, everyone was smiling, polite, and attentive. Plates were cleared very quickly and efficiently, never allowing empty dishes to pile up on the table. They were constantly attentive to guests' needs, making everyone feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Exceptionally High-Quality Seafood & Food 🦀 What impressed me most was the abundance and quality of the food! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and cold dishes like oysters and bread crabs were replenished extremely quickly; I never saw an empty platter. The hot food selection was diverse, and whether it was roasted beef, roasted lamb leg, flavorful cooked dishes, or delicate dim sum, the seasoning was perfect. You could really feel the dedication of the culinary team. The dessert section was the perfect ending, with a wide selection of ice cream and various exquisite mini cakes, all of which were on par with high-end dessert shops. In summary: The Astor demonstrates exceptionally high standards in terms of ambiance, service, and food, offering excellent value for money. It's convenient; you can book the day before you want to go. However, I recommend booking an earlier time slot because this time, when we booked for an 8 PM arrival, the meal wasn't as expected. Plus, as soon as 9 PM hit, the restaurant staff seemed very eager to leave.

Most recently, I've been to Tsui Yuen Dim Sum at New Town Plaza in Sha Tin twice. The dim sum was quite good, so when I saw a Klook offer, I bought a coupon. I arrived around 10:30 AM on June 6th, and the staff was very nice. Even though I was early, they quickly seated me. However, the dim sum that day was very disappointing. The fried items weren't hot enough, as if they had been sitting for a while. The skin was dry and soft, not crispy. The har gow and siu mai were even worse. They tasted like frozen, pre-made dim sum bought from a supermarket. The siu mai also had a very strong MSG taste. I wondered if the Klook dim sum was pre-made. I asked the server, who said the kitchen doesn't differentiate between Klook customers and regular diners, but it was very strange; the dim sum that day wasn't like what I usually eat. Nevertheless, the restaurant staff were very polite.

It's a buy-one-get-one-free deal, and for the price of this lunch, there's an unexpectedly large amount of food, so it's no wonder the place was packed. The desserts, in particular, were very thoughtfully prepared and unique, including mango Napoleon, durian pancakes, crème brûlée mochi puffs, taro egg waffles, several kinds of soft cookies, and various Movenpick ice cream flavors. They were truly impressive and delicious. The seafood, such as oysters, shrimp, and clams, was standard, and surprisingly, there were even lobster claws. The salad was good. The hot dishes and Chinese options were average and could be improved. The Japanese sashimi wasn't cut to order; it was pre-cut and available for self-service, and the quality was just okay. Sushi, cold noodles, and similar items weren't particularly exciting. The service was normal. Overall, this meal offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely come again.
