We had a great stay. The hotel staff, including those at the front desk, in the restaurants, and housekeeping, were all professional and friendly, always providing timely service and assistance. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive and diverse, with a shopping street, casino, amusement park, swimming pool, and gym, all available for us to enjoy freely. Transportation is also very convenient; the hotel's free shuttle bus service between the hotel and Macau Peninsula provided great convenience for us travelers. Overall, Studio City offered us a top-tier experience, allowing us to fully enjoy ourselves and relax. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Macau!

Harbourview Macau is one of the best places to stay in Macau! The hotel is beautiful, with elegant rooms that are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, making it easy to visit major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Breakfast: Delicious breakfast where you decide what you want to eat.

At the reception area, Tommy Yang assisted us and offered a room upgrade for a minimal fee. He was very accomodating and even offered helpful suggestions for our DIY tour. He also gave us complimentary access to 37th floor of the Eiffel Tower as complimentary for our room upgrade. The rooms are big and clean. I love that there is a shower room, separate cr, bathtub. You can consume all the contents of the refrigerator and the cabinets for free. Request for water was accommodated promptly, and unlimited. I also love that there is a foot massager, which you can use after a tiring day out. The bed is super comfy. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Macau. If you want a staycation, I highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to different boutiques, and even and just fee minutes walk to The Londoner and The Venetian. Free shuttle ride too.Cons: no bidet and no free breakfast. But you can order in-house or go to the le petit for breakfast which serves breakfast up until 1pm.

been here for how many times. still my expectations exceeded. from the accomodating staffs to the amenities and facilities of the hotel. 👏👏 will surely comeback again.

Our two-day, one-night Anson Lo concert trip started with check-in at 3 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM. We were able to drop off our luggage first, then headed to the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy Macau to play until 5 PM before returning to get our room. Just the wave pool and lazy river alone kept us entertained for most of the afternoon, so the timing was perfect. Once we got back, we could shower, change, and then head out to the concert at The Londoner. We grabbed a quick bite at The Londoner before the show. We saved room for later, and after the concert, we returned to Broadway Food Street, where some shops were still open. We went to Cheong Chau Lam Kei for their famous crab congee, stir-fried goose intestines (absolutely delicious!), and added steamed loofah with garlic, plus two ice-cold beers (the bottles were actually frosty on the outside). Then, we went straight back to our room, feeling incredibly happy. We didn't book breakfast for the next morning because we knew there were plenty of food options at the food street downstairs. The best part was that the famous Cheok Sin Kei was also there. At their other branches, you usually have to wait in line for a long time to eat, but perhaps because it was raining, we didn't have to wait long and got to enjoy it fresh. The Portuguese egg tart had a crispy crust, a soft interior, and a fragrant egg flavor. We also had chocolate waffles, and the two of us were already full from breakfast. After checking out, we went for another round at the Grand Resort Deck. After playing, we had dinner at Galaxy Macau before heading back to Hong Kong. The whole trip was incredibly chill.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally professional, quickly resolving any issues to our complete satisfaction! The hotel also features a Thai restaurant called Nama, which offers guests a wonderful dining option. I must specifically mention that the service staff at Nama are incredibly skilled. During this trip, we enjoyed both lunch and dinner at Nama. We were also very pleased with the hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool. The hotel's style blends Thai and European decor and furnishings, making every corner a work of art. Transportation is very convenient, and guests can check the shuttle bus schedule. The breakfast buffet quality is excellent. We are very grateful for the hotel's attentive service, and the Artyzen Hotel will definitely be our choice for our next anniversary!

Great hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was huge and soft, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was also beautiful and even had a bathtub. The price was also quite reasonable, especially compared to other hotels nearby. There’s even a LINE FRIENDS-themed restaurant, and the lobby has lots of cute LINE FRIENDS designs too. The service was excellent across the board — from the front desk and lobby staff to housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be that the air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough during summer 😂
