Exceptional Stay at Studio City Macau Our family had an absolutely wonderful and memorable stay at Studio City Macau. This trip was very special for us as we were celebrating the birthday of our only child, and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We were incredibly happy with the room upgrade, which gave us a stunning Cotai Strip and Eiffel Tower view. Seeing that beautiful view from our room was such a magical moment for our family, especially for our daughter. It made the celebration even more meaningful. We were also deeply touched by the thoughtful birthday arrangements. The surprise cake, balloons, and simple room decoration were such a lovely gesture. It made our child feel extra special, and as parents, we truly appreciated the effort and care put into making the occasion memorable. Overall, Studio City did not just provide a hotel room — they helped create a beautiful family memory that we will cherish for a long time.

our family choose to stay here, because you can cross directly to galaxy. friendly staff, the donwside only the shuttle service earliest 10am, should have early schedule which can help other guest who's flight is early. they don't provide extra bed even if you tell them you are willing to pay which can cause family group tourist to reconsider booking to this hotel again

Le terminal maritime extérieur est directement accessible en navette, le trajet dure environ 15 à 20 minutes. Le centre commercial s'étend du sous-sol au 3ème étage et comprend une aire de restauration, des restaurants et un grand magasin (avec un supermarché à l'intérieur). Cependant, il n'y a pas de supérette à proximité et l'hôtel est assez éloigné des autres complexes hôteliers (à deux pâtés de maisons), ce qui peut être un problème si vous avez faim la nuit. La chambre est entièrement équipée avec de l'eau en bouteille, une bouilloire électrique, une machine à capsules de café Illy, des prises USB et universelles. La salle de bain est pourvue de chaussons, de shampoing, d'après-shampoing et de gel douche, vous n'avez donc pas besoin d'apporter les vôtres. La chambre donne sur l'aéroport de Macao, et bien que je craignais le bruit, je n'ai absolument pas entendu le moindre bruit d'avion. Cependant, l'isolation phonique de la porte de la chambre est médiocre, et on entend les gens parler fort dans le couloir. De plus, lors de l'enregistrement, il est nécessaire de fournir à la réception le code de réservation de l'hôtel, qui n'est ni le numéro de commande Klook ni le numéro de fournisseur. Klook ne m'ayant pas fourni le code de réservation de l'hôtel après ma réservation, des problèmes sont survenus lors de l'enregistrement ce jour-là, et j'ai dû appeler immédiatement le service client de Klook depuis la réception pour obtenir le numéro.

We stayed here for 4 nights since I got married in Macau. Their room was super beautiful and spacious, and my favorite part was the indoor pool 🥰. Just a reminder, phones and picture-taking are not allowed in their pool area; it's in their pool rules, so let's just follow them.

At the reception area, Tommy Yang assisted us and offered a room upgrade for a minimal fee. He was very accomodating and even offered helpful suggestions for our DIY tour. He also gave us complimentary access to 37th floor of the Eiffel Tower as complimentary for our room upgrade. The rooms are big and clean. I love that there is a shower room, separate cr, bathtub. You can consume all the contents of the refrigerator and the cabinets for free. Request for water was accommodated promptly, and unlimited. I also love that there is a foot massager, which you can use after a tiring day out. The bed is super comfy. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Macau. If you want a staycation, I highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to different boutiques, and even and just fee minutes walk to The Londoner and The Venetian. Free shuttle ride too.Cons: no bidet and no free breakfast. But you can order in-house or go to the le petit for breakfast which serves breakfast up until 1pm.

Propre, pratique et suffisamment confortable pour un court séjour. La chambre était bien entretenue et répondait à toutes les attentes de base, le personnel était également très poli et serviable. Le reste des installations de l'hôtel est assez standard – rien n'était exceptionnel, mais il n'y a pas eu de problèmes majeurs non plus. Compte tenu de la facilité d'accès depuis le HZMB, je considérerais de nouveau séjourner ici pour la commodité.

it was a memorable experience staying at the venetian hotel and I will definitely come back to stay longer honestly, the price is a lot higher compared to other hotels but experience was truly awesome. it has a dedicated bus line, and from the airport it goes straight to the hotel and vice versa. it also has a bus bringing you to hzmb (hongkong zhuhai macao border). inside, the hotel has that high end shops giving us an enjoyable shopping experience. there is also a Starbucks, and other restaurants that offer sumptuous food. staff was helpful and friendly and even allowed us to extend our checkout for an hour while we packed our things for checkout. I love the overall experience at the Venetian and will definitely come back when I visit Macao again

very good hotel , good location , yummy breakfast delicious , will visit again when I hack to Macau next time , staff is good
