Exceptional Stay at Studio City Macau Our family had an absolutely wonderful and memorable stay at Studio City Macau. This trip was very special for us as we were celebrating the birthday of our only child, and the hotel truly went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. We were incredibly happy with the room upgrade, which gave us a stunning Cotai Strip and Eiffel Tower view. Seeing that beautiful view from our room was such a magical moment for our family, especially for our daughter. It made the celebration even more meaningful. We were also deeply touched by the thoughtful birthday arrangements. The surprise cake, balloons, and simple room decoration were such a lovely gesture. It made our child feel extra special, and as parents, we truly appreciated the effort and care put into making the occasion memorable. Overall, Studio City did not just provide a hotel room — they helped create a beautiful family memory that we will cherish for a long time.

our family choose to stay here, because you can cross directly to galaxy. friendly staff, the donwside only the shuttle service earliest 10am, should have early schedule which can help other guest who's flight is early. they don't provide extra bed even if you tell them you are willing to pay which can cause family group tourist to reconsider booking to this hotel again

Vom Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal gibt es einen direkten Shuttlebus, die Fahrt dauert etwa 15-20 Minuten. Das Einkaufszentrum erstreckt sich vom Untergeschoss bis zur 3. Etage und bietet einen Food Court, Restaurants und Kaufhäuser (mit Supermarkt). Allerdings gibt es in der Nähe keine Convenience Stores, und es ist auch relativ weit von anderen Resorts entfernt (zwei Blocks weiter), was nachts bei Hunger etwas umständlich sein kann. Die Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet mit Flaschenwasser, Wasserkocher, illy Kaffeekapselmaschine, USB-Anschlüssen und Universalsteckdosen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Hausschuhe, Shampoo, Conditioner und Duschgel, sodass Sie nichts selbst mitbringen müssen. Das Zimmer war zum Flughafen Macau ausgerichtet, und ich hatte befürchtet, es könnte laut sein, aber ich habe keinerlei Fluglärm gehört. Allerdings ist die Schalldämmung der Zimmertür eher schlecht, sodass man laute Gespräche auf dem Flur hören kann. Bei der Ankunft musste ich der Rezeption einen Hotelbuchungscode vorlegen, der weder die Klook-Bestellnummer noch die Lieferantennummer war. Da Klook mir nach meiner Buchung keinen Hotelbuchungscode mitgeteilt hatte, gab es Probleme beim Check-in, und ich musste die Rezeption bitten, den Klook-Kundendienst anzurufen, um die Nummer zu erhalten.

We stayed here for 4 nights since I got married in Macau. Their room was super beautiful and spacious, and my favorite part was the indoor pool 🥰. Just a reminder, phones and picture-taking are not allowed in their pool area; it's in their pool rules, so let's just follow them.

At the reception area, Tommy Yang assisted us and offered a room upgrade for a minimal fee. He was very accomodating and even offered helpful suggestions for our DIY tour. He also gave us complimentary access to 37th floor of the Eiffel Tower as complimentary for our room upgrade. The rooms are big and clean. I love that there is a shower room, separate cr, bathtub. You can consume all the contents of the refrigerator and the cabinets for free. Request for water was accommodated promptly, and unlimited. I also love that there is a foot massager, which you can use after a tiring day out. The bed is super comfy. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Macau. If you want a staycation, I highly recommend this hotel. Easy access to different boutiques, and even and just fee minutes walk to The Londoner and The Venetian. Free shuttle ride too.Cons: no bidet and no free breakfast. But you can order in-house or go to the le petit for breakfast which serves breakfast up until 1pm.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable enough for a short stay. The room was well-maintained and met all basic expectations, staffs also very polite and helpful. The rest of the hotel facilities are fairly standard—nothing stood out as exceptional, but there were no major issues either. Given how easy it was to reach from HZMB, I would consider staying here again for the sheer convenience

Der Aufenthalt im Venetian Hotel war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, und ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um länger zu bleiben. Ehrlich gesagt ist der Preis viel höher als in anderen Hotels, aber das Erlebnis war wirklich fantastisch. Es verfügt über eine eigene Buslinie, die direkt vom Flughafen zum Hotel und umgekehrt fährt. Es gibt auch einen Bus, der Sie zur HZMB (Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macau-Brücke) bringt. Im Inneren bietet das Hotel hochwertige Geschäfte, die uns ein angenehmes Einkaufserlebnis bescherten. Es gibt auch einen Starbucks und andere Restaurants, die köstliches Essen anbieten. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich und erlaubte uns sogar, unseren Check-out um eine Stunde zu verlängern, während wir unsere Sachen für den Check-out packten. Ich liebe das Gesamterlebnis im Venetian und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn ich Macao erneut besuche.
