Fantastic

Stayed with partner

Great

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Hotel was nice. Bathhouse in the main building was very nice with both indoor and outdoor baths. The new rooftop bath was not open during our stay. There are a lot of other things ga to do throughout the extensive property, but we did not partake during our two night stay. Breakfast buffet was nice as well. The proposition a little dated, but they keep it clean.

Fantastic
Wow.. What a wonderful stay! The staff was courteous, professional and kind. Room was kept tidy my entire stay. The rooftop onsen was sublime, the bowling alley was an awesome surprise, the hotel was accessible to gorgeous Jogasaki coastline and the views were immaculate. I left refreshed and inspired. To the Akazawa hotel I give my sincerest arigatou gazaimasu!

Good

Hotel is very old and run down. It needs a good facelift and renovation. Carpet had stains and was dirty in the rooms and hallways. Rooms were a good size. Expensive for the state of the hotel
