We loved everything about our stay. Especially the front desk. They were so helpful and courteous. We checked in after midnight and our luggage was lost. They got us to our room quickly after a long day and helped us speak to the baggage claim office at the airport because we don’t speak Japanese. We were able to start both mornings with a delicious and satisfying breakfast. Location was a short walk to the station. Would definitely recommend.

I was again impress by another Comfort Hotel. Very near Shin -Osaka Station, just Exit 10, ground floor, cross the pedestrian and walk below the skyway and walk along the train track towards the small tunnel then 100 meters left side is the hotel! We would like to extend our warmest thank you to Sake, who was so accommodating and very nice. to us. She was very patient and helped us a lot. The breakfast was tasty and we love it so much! Highly Recommendes!

my first trip to Japan and stayed in Comfort Shin Osaka as first stop. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds. the single bed is large. Location is truly centralised and a short walking distance to/fro Shin-Osaka station. recommendation in Klook review. the staffs are very helpful though we could not speak Japanese. had a very serene rest each night.
