Hotel is in a great area. Very convenient to shops and metro. Staff is amazing and understand English. Onsite laundry was a plus for me. Tooms are clean.

The location of this hotel is excellent. 2nd time staying due to proximity to everything. Although the room is tight, room is clean and staff are helpful.

The room was small, but I think this is average size for mid-price hotel in Tokyo. It was comfortable, and I liked that it has a mini couch by the window with a tiny table, despite the size of the room. The location is unbeatable as it was close to excellent (albeit pricey) coffee shops and the metro. hotel location: excellent transport access: excellent breakfast: no breakfasy cleanliness:excellent service: very good
