Generally, great experience with the hotel. The facilities (i.e. hottub, washer, balcony) were kept in great condition when we arrived. Amenities, like towels, toothbrushes and toiletries were also provided. Being completely staff-less, it was difficult to check in. We had to get a Japanese friend to help us contact their customer service to check in. So, be cautious to have a JP number/friend to help you check in.
