Very good staff with clean space and good price

Value for price, recommendable, the room is ok, but not recommended if you want more space and not so close with the Stations but still walkable, overall it is recommendable

Place The place is clean. No bad smell or anything. There is a 7/11 and Lawson near the hotel. 10mins walk to Minami Seju station. And 2 minute walk to 4-1 and 4-2 bus for Asakusa and Sensoji Temple Tokyo skytree is visible in the area. It's a very quite neighborhood. Not much honking and loud noises. Didn't feel anything unusual(ghost 😅). Room The room is clean. The bed I think is quite firm that it kinda hurts when sleeping sideways because of the springs. Room size is okay for a solo room. A bit snug when you have a lot of things and big luggages but there is a cabinet where you can store your luggage and hangers are also provided for hanging of clothes. I think a large luggage will fit. There is also a tv with japanese programs. Bath and Comfort room Shower area is nice. For men's floor there is 3 separate shower, one has a bath tub. All are with heating. There are 4 sinks available with big mirrors. 2 on each side with hand soap each. They also provide hair blowers for use. Comfort room is okay. No bidet on all three toilets so better prepare your wet wipes because they only got dry tissues. For men there are 3 urinals. Amenities There is a microwave in the common area that guest can use. Utensils, glasswares, plates, and other kitchen tools are also available. They have water dispenser so you can refill your tumbler anytime. They have a dining area where you can eat. Coin laundry is also available. In their smoking area or veranda there are vending machines for different drinks. All in all it was a nice stay. I was there for 4 nights and it was good. A private room budget friendly hotel for solo traveller like me.

the staff is helpful. the location seems off as you have to walk to reach bis stops or public transpo.

The hotel was a little far away from the train station but you can see the skytree from it. The place was clean and the staff were really nice.

one imof the cheapest option to stay here while on tokyo, though it’s a bit of a walkong distance, the nearest spot here is the sensoji temple.
