so happy i went with this capsule hotel. it goes beyond my standards for what i paid. it was very cheap so i expected for it to be unclean and all but it was the opposite. it smells good and even the comfort rooms are always clean, capsules are cleaned regularly, pyjamas and bath towels and slippers are changed everyday. exceeded my expectations! plus the staff are really nice!

i thought i’d be disappointed with the smell, the service, and the hassle of the lockers and shower rooms etc but it was very very comfortable, coming from a picky girl like me! bathrooms, toilets, and lavatories are very clean, you get fresh and new pajamas & slippers & towels every single day, capsule is cleaned every day. so much to offer for its cheap price!

The place is clean and safe. For three days of staying there and just leaving our luggage near our capsule, we did not lose anything.

it was okay, hotel location was actually easy to find, it was near the giant 3D cat. however, i had no idea shinjuku gives vegas vibes especially at night haha the hotel was located on the 3rd floor and the first 2 floors are pubs run by a different owner. it was basically sort of a red light district at night
