Checking-in time was strictly adhered to - we were told to return at 3pm when we are there at 2.35pm. Facilities and location was great. I would stay here again when I return to Sapporo!

The staff were kind, and the facilities were clean. The check-in and check-out were fast. I would love stay with JR Inn again if I were to visit Japan again. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

love the stay here, we got two rooms with double beds which by the way spacious for two, cozy view of the streets, nice amenities (they have these variety of pillows!) they’ve got a public bath too, close to JR Sapporo Station, quiet neighborhood.
