the hotel is super for the price! the location is great, the facilities are new and the room condition is really good. the staff also very helpful when I have a problem with my flight. will recommend to everyone who wants to stay in sapporo

Decent size hotel. We are able to open all 3 luggages (2 medium, 1 small luggage) without any problem. Bed is comfortable and we get to choose the pillows at the lobby. Windows can be open at a limited gap. There is public bath for hotel guest and lounging area too. Location is near Sapporo Clock Tower & Times Rental Car at Sousei Square building. But night tine there is no restaurants nearby besides Lawson at round the corner. Overall we had a good night sleep. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are able to keep our luggage for a while after we checked out to go have a look at Sapporo Clock Tower before going to another city.

we stayed here during winter (feb) with 2 days of heavy snowfall. we were very glad for the indoor automated car lift parking. the lobby is nice and cosy and the staff were friendly. the rooms were nice with good beds and good showers. there is a lawson just a short walk away.
