overall a good place for a Tokyo stay with a great location but man that room is sooooo small. also I was pretty sad they didn’t bring the luggage up to my room only because other Japan hotels did it but that’s not major

perfect location on shibuya that got us to many places and home to rest! breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff/service were excellent! the baths and free ice cream were probably my favorite too!

the location was great, easy access to shopping and nightlife. also easy train ride to nearby cities. one thing to note, onsen is not private so if you have tattoos this will not be accessible.

easy check in process. great location between Shibuya and Harajuku. yamato transport right across the road so u can ship luggage right after your stay. tattoo stickers available at front desk so u can use the onsen
