Stayed in a corner room with 3 single beds as there were three of us. The toilet is spacious and amenities provided in room. Coin Laundry, ice machine, microwave and drinks vending machine available at level 2. We stayed for a week, hotel's policy is to change bed linens every three days. Hotel provides food recommendations and they were nearby the hotel. Overall a good stay and we will stay here if we visit Fukuoka again.

Everything is incredibly close—train stations, restaurants, yatai stalls, malls, underground shopping areas, and convenience stores. It’s very easy to get around and find anything you need. The place is also spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommended! We will definitely book here again when we come back to Fukuoka.

Location is great: close to nakanuma line (walking distance to exits with escalator or elevator if you have large suitcase) and bus stops; convenience stores and restaurants that open late, and shopping malls and underground shopping street in close walking distance. Rooms might be small if you have large suitcases but more spacious than what you get in Tokyo. Great water pressure from the rainshower. Front desk staff are helpful. Only down side is that not all rooms come with the typical soak tub, so manage your expectations on that front.
