Hotel is near Otaru Canal and the Otaru train station. There are also nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Use of irons, shoe dryers and microwave are available. Overall, I'ts a nice and convenient place to stay if you plan on visiting Otaru.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Otaru canal. So there isn't much scenery around, just buildings around. However it is still a very comfortable hotel, and considering the short distance, it is still a convenient spot to stay in during your vacation

Arrived at the Hotel around 12nn and they allowed us to leave our luggages. By the time we checked in at 8pm our luggages were already in our room. The room is pier themed. Triple room is big for us and their is enough space for our 6 luggages. Toilet and bath is separate. They helped us get taxi going to otaru station. Too bad we weren’t able to try their breakfast. Willing to stay again on my future trip.

Hotel is a short down slope walk from the station, to the canal and even the shopping street. Staff are very helpful. Room is nice and clean.

Not expensive, location near from some attractions like: otaru canal, otaru station, fish market, steam clock, music box museum and in front of hotel there is Family Mart. And I love hotel facilities: Onsen. Awesome. Recomend to everyone when visit Otaru.
