Great location , in the thick of things. Near the train , near dontonburi, near the poke center. Staff was great. Room was clean. Average size room for Japan. Shower pressure was good. Has eye appeal. No complaints and would definitely stay there again

The location of this hotel is so good that I had to return whenever I am in osaka. The staff were very friendly and helpful as always. Will surely return if I am in town.

The hotel's location is amazing. It is very nice, especially for us, as we are always walking around. The location is good; it's next to Shinsaibashi Shopping centre and very close to Dotonbori Street. The staff at the hotel are very helpful, accommodating and welcoming. The room was very clean. easy access yo train stations.

In all of our stops on our Japan trip, this was truly the best hotel. The staff was attentive, they let us leave our luggage until check in time and then we were allowed to get in our room earlier then expected. The showers are impeccable and the room was the most comfortable. The bed wasn't as stiff as others we stayed at and we slept soundly. We hope to return to this hotel and stay longer next time.

Convenient location, many things to see around the area. Close to a lot of restaurants/shops/mall. Near Dotonbori. Nice and helpful staff. Room is spacious. Whole hotel is clean. Nice lounge and library area to hang around at.

i went to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, and this one was my best out of all 3, friendly staff, cozy, excellent location, and all facilities were great. Also the room is quite spacious for a japanese hotel

Hotel location was fantastic, just a 3-4mins walk to any of the 2 metro stations nearby and to the shinsaibashi shopping street. The room was clean and of decent size. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and could speak good English. Will definitely return.
