This hotel is close to the park yet, the dining options are limited. We hardly find restaurants open at around 7 pm.

Good Stay was good, room clean, staff excellent but no hot water…Luke warm was as good as we got. Also, no air conditioning based on central controls which I assume are associated with outside temp. Woke up in an extremely hot room. Windows open for cool air but also to street noise. Breakfast option was excellent.

I like that it was quiet and peaceful over there at night, hardly any noise whatsoever except for the ambulance. However, could improve by providing complimentary water bottles in the room so wouldn't have to buy water bottles from the vending machine. Other than that, I had a nice stay and staff were pretty welcoming and made me feel at home.
