Great location overall, close to the kobe-sannomiya station. however due to the construction works taking place in the vicinity of the hotel, pedestrian access is very narrow towards the hotel entrance. Hotel room is spacious, a little old but very well-mentained. water pressure is great, but air-con slightly weak for Japan summer

I was totally tired by my travel México to Japan, and I could rest so comfortable. The service was wonderful. I would like enjoy the buffet, but I had a plan with a friend. Everything looked so nice.
