I must say the best service for me. The room was so nice, clean, big enough for 2 pax. Love that the hotel is very accesible to all the tourist spots in Kobe. The vibe is so welcoming and charming. I would definitely go back here again once I visit Kobe soon.

Room is clean. Easy check-in process. I never got to speak with the receptionist when I got there. Funny, tho. Also check out is the same, thru machine. Breakfast buffet is Japanese style. There's yogurt and agar. Don't expect too much, but it was filling. Bread is popular with tourists during my stay lol
