Location: Excellent, 3 min walk to JR / 6 min walk to Metro Staff: very friendly, multiple languages available Cleanliness: room has a bit of wear and tear, nothing major Accommodation: most items are by demand (some free some aren't) including coffee, water, tooth paste, laundry pods, extra pillow (only 1 provided per bed)

Must stay and highly recommend! The staff is friendly, welcoming, clean, and quiet. We needed a hotel that can accommodate a family of five plus a washing machine/dryer. It also had a kitchenette. This hotel was perfect. It is close to convenience stores and train stations.

Near to a metro station which is only 1 stop away from Tokyo Station. Quite a few eateries nearby. Apartment was 35sm and considered spacious for a family of 4, including 2 kids. Mini kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooker, kettle and a coffee maker (capsule can be purchased from reception). Washing machine came with laundry detergent packs but I brought my laundry capsules. Washed twice and dryer worked very well. Suggest to bring own laundry bags. Very comfortable stay, except 1 small pillow each which was not that comfortable. Toothbrushes, brush, hair tie and cotton pad/ buds are available for free at reception if you need.
