Stayed for two days no water come out of the hot water tap all in the shower so I had no hot water told them four times nothing got done you think I want to go to discount

Door locks do not work, subject to police advise that property was unsafe to stay at, so we moved to another hotel at great expense. Property was old and dirty and did not comply with it's rating as a 4 star hotel. So far we have been unable to recover our payment and will soon have to take legal action against Expedia as Hotel will not make the refund.It has major aboriginal drunkenness and violence and we were advised by the manager that we could not go out at night etc Totally unsuitable to stay at.
