Overpriced. Rooms are nice, but food is very basic. Breakfast is ok. Staff is very nice and amazing. They don’t have a gym which I don’t understand why. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you everywhere for free which is very nice.

Clean and spacious room. The beds on the floor were not very comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff was very helpful in making arrangements when possible although they did not seem to know much about the Five Lakes area. Overall if you are interested in Hakone/Gora this is a great property.

Exceptional service from staff who went above and beyond. We dined at both the French and sushi restaurants and the food was amazing. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. The onsen was a great experience.

We loved the atmosphere. The fireplace in the living room smelled so good and looked cozy. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The room was spacious, and the view was amazing. The food and drinks were excellent. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the decor. Peaceful and serene.
