We had an amazing stay at Shin Osaka and Hotels. This was like an 8 to 10-minute walk from the Shin Osaka station, which was very nice and the closest hotel to the station. We could also enjoy a traditional Japanese buffet in the morning, and the authentic food was super tasty and delicious. The onsen downstairs was an experience to remember. They had everything from shampoo to a Dyson hair straightener, including free popsicles and broth which was a surprise for the guests who were in the onsen.

It's not far from shin-osaka station which I think is very handy specially when you have to travel with Shinkansen train. The room is clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

It is quite a distance from Shin-Osaka Station if you are arriving by Shinkansen, but the hotel amenities make it worth the trip. While there is no water dispenser, there is an ice machine, a shared microwave, and free popsicles available. Guests can also enjoy a free public onsen, with paid washing machines located within the onsen area. Complimentary soba is served from 9:00–11:00 pm.

I love the hotel! I was able to use the onsen every night after walking the streets of Osaka the entire day! I also love their soba noodle 9-11pm snack time. It was a great addition! I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
