If you want to stay in not so crowded area, this is the perfect hotel. It has a direct train line from the airport. Lots of supermarkets around the hotel. Tokyo Solamachi and Skytree are very near to the hotel, 2-3 min walk. Location is also quite far to Aki or Shibuya (took 40 mins to go there). The staff is really approachable and kind. The room is clean - enough space for two people and 3 XL luggage. Get a bigger room if you are more than two people. Only thing that needs improvement is the laundry area, they only have two machines and may wait longer for your turn. Overall, we will come back again to stay here.

nice place to stay. 10min from Oshiage station. check in and check out was smooth like butter. they provide free coffee at lobby 24/7.

a friend referred One@Tokyo and we are so glad we booked here too. the hotel is very convenient to restos, malls and supermarkets! the hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful in our queries. the hotel itself is so beautiful. we love staying at the lobby area. the breads and drinks served during breakfast is so filling! The virw of Tokyo Sky Stree in the rooftop is so beautiful and relaxing. One@Tokyo is worth recommending to my friends!

I enjoyed my stay very much! Staff were helpful and welcoming, also really friendly which made it easier to get comfortable😌All I can say though is that it’s quite far out from shops and restaurants, but there are convenience stores nearby such as 7/11, family mart etc.

Everythings beautiful. The only problem I had is that the bathroom has light shade curtain and no lock at all, meaning no privacy. I was with my brother and it's kind of awkward. I hope there's ayleast a blackout curtain.
