Hotel was not too hard to find in a rather quiet neighbourhood. Located in between 2 train stations with a decently sized convenient store nearby. There are also 2 shopping malls nearby and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Staff are friendly, helpful and can speak English.

Overall, the price is cheap, but the service is excellent. The hotel is quite old, yet the staff are very kind and approachable. The rooms are dated and the hallways a bit dark, but that’s fine since you’ll mostly be outside—it’s good enough for sleeping. You’ll definitely feel like a foreigner here, as about 99% of the guests are locals. The location is convenient: less than 100 meters from Kameido Clock Mall and about 300–500 meters from Kameido Station. The price is fair, and I would give five stars to the staff.
