Even though we check-in via AI robot/kiosks, there is still staff on standby via the duty phone and just a call away if you need any help! We also used luggage delivery service and they are ok to receive your luggage! Room size is good, toilet is clean. Many convenience stores and food places in the area. Will recommend!

The hotel is accessible via train. Self check in counter was easy to use. You just need your passport and booking number. The hotel has its own restaurant at level 1. It is vegan and halal friendly. Alhamdullilah, the chef is a fellow Muslim. The hotel is also surrounded by convenience stores. Downside of the hotel, the room is small. You have limited space to open your luggage.
