I booked 2 separate rooms as the one room I had wanted to add an extra day was not available. The first night in the lesser paid room was wonderful. It was located in the newer building. The second night, this is the room I wanted to rebook (more expensive) was not better then the previous. It was located in the second older building and it looked outdated. Upon leaving the elevator you were met with a hot floor as if the summer air was trapped inside. The staff was made aware and the hope is that they were able to get it fixed after we had left. The staff very welcoming and helpful!! Service was on point as expected for Japan. Greatful for all the hard work they put into making your stay comfortable.

Good stay and good simple buffet. To get there Bus stop B in front of Hakata station and 4 stops, the hotel is just in front of the bus stop.
