10/10 customer service, rooms are spacious clean and very comfortable. The hotel supplies free amenities including skin care and hair products. Our three girls were very impressed. close to so much to see and eat. My only regret was not staying longer.

From the many many choices of hotels in Japan, we are very happy that we landed in this hotel We took the temple+skytree view room. We even saw fireworks from the window. The location is perfect, with the many restaurants around. Also the welcome drinks and the personnel there are amazing. We would like also to commend the receptionist guy who assisted us with our lost luggage. We are a family with kids 7 and 10, and we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel has a great location, excellent amenities, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, a booking issue significantly affected our experience. We booked through Klook for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 4), but at check-in we were told the room was only suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Although our confirmation clearly showed 2 adults and 2 children, we were advised it was likely a Klook error. We contacted Klook immediately but received no response, even after 7 days. The hotel offered a larger room, but the extra cost of $700, later reduced to $400 for 3 nights, was beyond our budget. As a result, all four of us had to stay in a cramped room, making sleep very uncomfortable. We had even cancelled another hotel believing this would be a better choice. While the hotel itself was excellent, the booking issue and lack of support from Klook turned what could have been a perfect stay into a disappointing experience.

Location is good, room size is good as booked the bigger corner room. Breakfast is ok, what delights is the freshly squeezed orange juice in front of you. There are welcome drinks of some beer, alcohol from 1-4pm and 5-8pm.

This hotel gives you a lot of value for you money. There is an upcoming refurbishment and everything will redone but it is still very clean and relatively large rooms, considering we’re in Tokyo.
