Niwa Hotel is very close to metro station and other attractions. The Hotel staff is courteous and super friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean, the beds were comfortable. We loved the complementary coffee and tea. The Japanese restaurant has an amazing hot pot and the French restaurant good breakfast. I appreciate the staff so much because we forgot several important items in the hotel and they were so kind as to find them and hold them for us. I hope to come back soon.

I have no complaints! This is value for money! The stay was relaxing and stress free. They made it a getaway within the city with their small gardens and refresh lounge. The hotel staff were really friendly and they go above and beyond to help. Highly suggest taking advantage of the drink lounge. They prepare really great (and free) tea that feels comforting after a day of walking. The self laundry is much needed but I would suggest that the hotel find a soap to remove tougher stains. The location is quiet but also accessible to Suidobashi station, Tokyo Dome, and Jimbocho area (if you need a quiet neighborhood walk). I'd definitely book again!

would stay here again. It is close to the trains and very quiet. The hotel staff are so kind and provide great service. Highly recommend happy hour drinks in the restaurant as well.
