I have stayed several times at the Cadenza and have found it excellent. It's an easy walk to the local subway station, allowing me to visit sights in Tokyo. Room is comforable, clean and beds had excellent mattress and pillow.
Staff are wonderful and go out of their way. When I arrived late one night with just one person on duty, she helped locate a bag that had been wrongly dropped off at a previous stop by the shuttle bus.
On checking out I only found out 5 mins from departure that the shuttle payment (for the last bus to reach Haneda airport that day) had to be by cash or a local credit card, and I had neither. Another staff member suggested the cash exchange machine in the hotel, which worked perfectly to convert my foreign currency and allowed me to reach the bus just in time.
Breakfasts (mainly Japanese style) are superb: grilled fish, rice, miso soup, steamed or stewed vegetables, eggs, etc. Even delicious yoghurt with natural fruit syrup.
The Japanese restaurant is superb - greatly enjoyed the tempura.
This hotel should be better known and patronised. It's great.

The room is clean. We have a good night sleep, very quiet. The condition of the hotel is a little outdated. I love the location of the hotel. Mcdonald and 7 eleven are close by. It only takes about 14 minutes walk to the subway station.

The hotel is clean and pleasant, but the rooms are fairly outdated. The bed was the absolute hardest thing I've ever slept on, but the staff were friendly and prompt and we only stayed for two nights. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Good The location is about 15 minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, Hikarigaoka Station. Shuttle service to this station is infrequent.
Next to the Hikarigaoka Station are all the amenities of Ima Main Shopping Mall that supports the mainly the public residential areas. Amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets are available around this subway station.
Within walking distance of 5 minutes of the hotel are a 24 hr convenience store, Familymart, and a 24 hr fast food restaurant, McDonald's. There is a Japanese restaurant about 50 m from the hotel whoch is very popular with the locals.
The hotel staff can relate in English. They cater to your basic needs but not beyond. The keys to the hotel room, the elevators, the locks on the door and lightings in the rooms are of the 70s era. However, it is well maintained.
In my opinion, this is a hotel maintaining itself in basic cleanliness and basic service but is behind the times in service and amenities. The location is poor. It fails to make up with its inconvenient location with the frequency of its shuttle service to the subway station and malls. The staff, though English speaking, are not friendly and do not make you feel welcome after a tired trip far away from home. The price of the rooms does not commensurate with what you get. Use this hotel only because it is one of the very few hotels in the area.

Needed a place to stay in the Narima area while visiting family. This hotel was ideal for that.
