By far the best hotel i have booked. True that it is very near the JR Express so going around the metro was very convenient. Hotel is also new and the staff are very friendly. They speak good english too. Plus points on the hotel-provided amenities. transport access: just right across

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Resol Ueno! The train station was just a short walk away, and as a bonus, the hair dryer and hair amenities were all from ReFa. Such a nice touch!

This hotel really nailed it with its amazing location, making it super easy to get around town. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I was especially impressed with the guest relations team; they went above and beyond to make my stay special. Plus, scoring free goodies in the lobby was a fantastic bonus! It's definitely a place I'd recommend and plan to visit again.

We loved the location of this hotel—it’s just a few minutes’ walk to Ueno Station and the Keisei Skyliner station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, plus several FamilyMart stores close by, so you won’t have to worry even if the hotel doesn’t offer a full breakfast. They do provide complimentary bread and soup, which is a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable as well. Although the room was a bit smaller than we expected, it was still manageable and didn’t take away from the overall pleasant stay. The only downside is that the room isn’t cleaned daily and you have to take your own trash and put it outside your door, but they do provide fresh towels every morning, which still helps keep things comfortable during your stay.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Every aspects are good, but the room is a bit small. I found it quite difficult to open a large luggage inside the room, though I have already stayed in a relatively luxurious room.

Easy to access from the outlet. Beautiful scene and great onsen.

very near to Ueno station. the nearest exit is near to Iriya Gate located at 3rd floor where escalator is available with just a few steps. there is also a Family mart nearby. the stay was great as they have everything that I needed. coffee, tea, personal necessities are all available at lobby. complimentary! staff were really friendly too.

Great location. I like how you can get the supplies you need at the lobby. Check in was fast and convenient.
